AI Assistant (add a ChatGPT AI Assistant to any page),
Create multiple assistants and choose the webpages/information each assistant can access. Allow your staff and members to self-serve to answer their queries in an easy to understand live chat with your AI Assistants.
Push data (using any API from your portal) to provide snapshots of data to help answer questions for your members or staff.
Track answers members/staff find useful with the ability to review all chats with your AI Assistants and real users. Allowing organisations to train their assistants to answer questions more effectively.

A new feature for Mition for those using STRIPE.
Use the unique 6-character code to allow your members to pay their accounts without the need to log in.
This code option is especially helpful to aging members while remaining PCI compliant.
Text or Email a link to a user to pay their account without the need to log-in
This option is great for users who have difficulty with 2-factor authentication.
Event Calendar direct link
The EventDetails tag in automated emails now includes a direct link to download a calendar reminder, reducing the effort for your members to add calendar reminders for upcoming events.
Side Menu
Similar to Page List, allow your webpages to have a side menu, simplifying page navigation.
Branch / Region Administration
You asked, and we listened.
In partnership with a new Mition user association, we have built the Branch Module, allowing Branch Admin and Branch Event Admin as options.
This feature allows organisations with multiple Branches/Regions the ability to nominate Branch and Event coordinators.
These users can manage users and events in only their own region.
We have extended this to also allow for Venue coordinators, with the ability to manage any events that are connected to the venue they coordinate.

API AuthToken Access
Mition allows for API users and the ability to create AuthToken keys; this was essential for some of the automated features we now provide with PowerBI and AI.
Create an API user, generate AuthTokens and provide the account with the minimum access it requires to perform functions.
In your Mition Portal, add these under Admin Settings > Integrations > API Tokens
