EXCESS FEES
All plans have these excess fees:
Excess Storage 0.06 (per MB)
Excess Emails 0.003 (per Email)
Excess SMS Messages 0.08 (Australia) 0.25 (International) (per SMS)
Excess Address Lookups 0.08 (per Address found)
SQL Database Size 0.01 (per MB)
MAXIMUM EXCESS LIMITS
Each plan has a limit on Excess:
4 x Included Emails
2 x Included SMS
2 x Included Address Lookups
(see packages for included numbers of these).
Once this limit reaches 50%, 85% and 100% warnings are sent to system administrators.
Once the max excess limit is reached the system will no longer allow any additional, until the limit is updated via Mition HQ.
Having a maximum excess limit protects organisations and provides a maximum cost / risk exposure. Our pricing packages are based to manage expected data min and max capacities including messaging capacity and this allow us to predict costs and manage risks.
