Staff read-only access: There is a new way to limit edit access to staff. Allow staff to view everything while restricting any changes (using roles and controller access).
Stripe Improvements: Refunds & Payment Deletion now available (reflected in adjusted invoice). Deposit Taking: this new feature allows your association to take a partial payment.
New Workflows: Send form contents to an email address, create a user automatically from a form, create an invoice alert email when an invoice changes status (created/paid).
Certificates: Create a certificate for members who are subscribed.
Form View: Suppliers can now see the contents of forms they have submitted.
Globalisation: Events and Resource (Holiday Homes) can now be targeted to set individual time zones per resource.
COMMUNICATION
Communication Module: Bulk Email Speed, we have greatly improved the send speed of bulk emails, Send 5000 emails in less than 10 minutes with our improved email processing.
Email Maintenance: We now auto-unsubscribe accounts (and report to your associations’ admins) when accounts have failed to receive 5 or more emails, keeping your email sending reputation maximised (keeping your email integrity high and out of spam folders).
Click Tracking: Improved accuracy of data reporting around customer engagement.
Email to Disk: Email data is now stored in files rather than in the database this improves database speed whilst reducing your database storage size.
Email Hero: The email template hero is now full width to the content by popular demand.
Additional Insights (ongoing): Report on Unsubscribed Members, None-Active members.
Unsubscribe: User can now to elect to unsubscribe from a specific email category, rather than unsubscribe from all emails.
